Cancellation Policy
A credit card on file is required to secure your appointment and ensure it is booked and reserved. There are no refunds if an appointment is missed without proper notification. Please contact us directly and leave a voicemail if you are calling outside of business hours, or email us at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment. *There is a 10-minute grace period for all appointments *A 24-hour cancellation or rescheduling call is necessary to avoid a cancellation fee for all Grooming services, Such as Feline and K9 Full Grooming and Trims. A 50% of the service price will be charged in the event of a no-show or last-minute cancellation.
